I just love having Ethiopian cuisine in Fort Worth. It's perfect for vegetarians like me and at such a convenient location.
We love eating here. I was very excited that you guys do take out!
Absolutely delicious

Service and food were great
Great service all the time !!!
The food is so good. I always get vegetarian combo and love the way it all tastes together. I am so glad we have Ethiopian in Fort Worth!
Always a great treat
never had the chicken but will be having it in the future!!
Our goto, it is that for a reason, cause it is great!
My picky eater loved these.

Excellent food, great prices. A great place to try.
Delicious as always!
Yummy, Yummy lentils inside.
So flavorful and lots of variety
Spicy -wish there was more
Friendly owner, well-prepared food - miss eating there, but it is on a regular rotation for bringing home.
The to go containers are Sectioned into 3 areas. This makes it difficult to remove food and place in another serving dish. Samson’s need to invest in a single section container to present their food to the best advantage
To go containers don’t suit this type of food - need a single section container
The right blend of spicy
Delish.
Would like more chicken
Perfect injera.
Samson's is a diamond in the rough ---- the people who run this business are absolutely lovely, kind, and wonderful hosts. If you've never had Ethiopian before, this is a great place to come for your first time as Samson and his family will walk you through the process. This is our favorite date night in Fort Worth, and it's BYOB! Which means grab your favorite four pack of Cowtown beer and then enjoy a unique, authentic and freaking delicious meal. Pro tip: get the vegetarian combo and add two other entrees to supplement --- it's more than enough for 2-4 people and you'll have leftovers, but holy cow is this some AMAZING food! We recommend the beef wat and chicken tibs, but you really can't go wrong here.
So tender and juicy, quality meat and the flavor is divine
This is the staple of all of our orders from Samsons. We get the vegetarian combo for two and add on 2-3 meat dishes to round it out. Enough for two meals between the entire thing, but it's heavenly. It's our favorite date night in Fort Worth!
beautiful food
delicious vegetable
Wow. Samson’s Market Bistro is probably the best Ethiopian food that you’ll find in Fort Worth. The service is incredible quick, and the food is divine (pictured: Veggie Combo for one). The prices are very fair, and the family owned aspect is a huge plus. Highly recommend!
It was nice and the food was good. We ordered the veggie platter, lamb tibs, samosa appetizer, and their spiced tea. Unsure of what all was on the platter but it was good! The service was fast (which I liked) and friendly! They seemed to focus more on the other tables and our table was just in passing, not rude but just noticeable. Sorry the pics are after we started our food! :)
Samson's is by far my favorite restaurant to eat at in the Fort Worth area, I crave it several times a month. The owner and staff are so kind and friendly, besides the amazing food, I love to come in and see them! The veggie combo is the best, as well as the beef wat. I have recommended several friends to check out this place over the last few months.
Amazing food and friendly staff. It was our first time trying Ethiopian food and our sweet 7mo loved it. The owner even brought out a little extra for her to try.
Our family loves to experience cousines from around the world and this little place did not disappoint. Our kids (5 and 7) had a big day so when we arrived...
I arrived at six on a Thursday, a little after they opened and was greeted warmly. I was the first person there, though it filled up pretty quickly. It's a small dining space- maybe thirty seats. The decor is, I presume, extremely Ethiopian, though as this was my first time eating Ethiopian I'm just assuming.
You friendly neighborhood Ethiopian restaurant. I came here a while back with a fairly large group for lunch. They were able to accommodate us and take...
I love any restaurant that's BYOB, then add on a huge amount of food and the ability to try many different dishes -- it doesn't get much better. Samson's...
